Registration Process

  1. Obtain approval to present: Email a brief (50 words or less) project description to meetings@sigmaxi.org with subject line "Showcase Presentation Description" to obtain pre-approval to present
  2. Follow registration instructions listed in the pre-approval notification email from Sigma Xi
  3. Complete registration with payment** by March 8, 2013.
  4. Create presentation site and submit link to meetings@sigmaxi.org by March 8, 2013.
